It uses a maximum of 6 watts to give you 220 lumens of light. This 3000 kelvin color temperature LED's puts out a light similar to halogen light bulbs that is great for kitchens and offices. This fixture system has a extremely thin profile of .88 of an inch. It has the ability to be placed under most cabinets and disappear.
