Enter your Order Number below to track your order.  Order status "complete" means that your order shipped on that date.  If you are on the East Coast, you will receive your order 1 week from that date.

Ship Times: 
In general all orders are shipped within 2 days of receiving the order.  Many times the order will be shipped the same day an order is placed. If you need an order to go out same day, it's not a bad idea to give us a call to insure your item(s) is/are in stock. 

UPS shipments take 1 to 2 days for OR/WA area, 2 to 4 days to get to CA, 3 to 5 TX and mid US.  If you live in the South or the East Coast or North East, UPS takes a full 5 days to deliver.  If your order ships within 2 days, we do not generally put your tracking number on our website but if you need it, let us know and we can look it up for you.  If your order ships out late, we do include all of those tracking numbers in the track your order section.

If an item is a special order item with Philips, it will take 2 weeks to come in from the factory and then additional ship time will be needed to get to you.  We do however, receive and turn those orders around in the same day.

Shipping Policy:
All orders ship with a flat shipping rate of $9.50 and will be shipped via UPS Ground.  In some cases we can ship USPS but not all orders can.  In cases where the order is small enough we may substitute USPS for UPS to get your order to you faster.  Expedited shipping can be chosen.  2nd Day UPS service will be $41.51 and Next Day UPS service will be 87.54.  To guarantee that your order can be shipped via air the same day as your order is placed, it must be received by 1:30 EST.  If you would like to call to confirm we have all the product you need or if we can ship same day feel free to give us a call.

Return Policy:
Very few customers return products to us, however, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from lightbulbmarketcom. If, for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your purchase, less shipping charges*. The returns procedure is as follows:

  1. Contact us for return instructions (customerservice@lightbulbmarket.com) indicating the reason for the return.
  2. All items must be returned, undamaged*, within 14 days of purchase in the original shipping container. We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges*.
  3. We will process a refund of your purchase, less 20% restocking fee and shipping charges*, within 5 business days from the date the item is returned.  You can either choose to receive a refund or credit towards a replacement order.  There is a 35% restocking fee if products are received without notifying us prior to sending. 

Damaged Items:
*Items damaged during shipment: Please Contact Us if you receive damaged items and we will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund for the product damaged.  If your item is damaged and was delivered to you by a third party that wasn't our original shipper, you will need to make a claim with that third party carrier.

Errors in Shipping:
At LightBulbMarket.com we have a shipping accuracy of 99.8%.  We are human and sometimes make mistakes.  If this happens, simply Contact Us, and will ship the correct order immediately.  We ask that you return the items sent in error and let us know what the shipping cost was to you.  You will then be credited for that amount back on your credit card.

Defective items:
Philips Lighting warrantees their products for 12 months from manufacturing date.  You will you find that date on the bulb.  If you want to make a warrantee claim, please contact Philips Lighting

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Because it is our goal to ship out your products as soon as possible, orders can’t be changed after being placed.  If you wish to cancel an order, certainly let us know.  If the order has already shipped, please refer to the above for returns.

Status Questions:
"New" means that we have received your order.  "In Progress" means that we are processing your order.  "Backordered" indicates that your item is on order with Philips but we have not received it yet to be able to ship out to you.  "Complete" indicates that we have shipped your order out to you.
