Desiphering your Order Tracking:
New = An order that has recently been placed. If an order is still "new" 24 hours after you have placed the order, there may be some sort of problem or question that we have for you. Refer to the notes above or check your email inbox for a message from us.
In Progress = Order is being processed through the warehouse and will soon be shipped.
Complete = Order has been shipped. The date that your order status changed to complete is often the day it shipped. Sometimes, it may have been the most previous business day that it shipped.
Incomplete = Your order did not get confirmed when you were placing the order and needs to be reentered. This most commonly happens when the last "confirm order" button was not pressed. OR it could be that there was some issue with the credit card company that you are attempting to make the purchase with.
Unknown = No payment was made or we have not received your payment yet.
Settled = We received your payment.

How to Track Your Order:
If your order shows that your order shipped via UPS and there is a tracking number below. Simply copy that long 1Z..... tracking number by highlighting the number and pressing "Ctrl" and "C" on your keyboard at the same time. Then go to www.ups.com and click on the box to track your order. Here put your curser in the tracking number box and hit "Ctrl" and "V" at the same time and the number will paste into that space. From here, UPS will be able to tell you when they expect to deliver your order.
